Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti is national festival. Our country celebrates this festival on Jan 23th every year. Especially Odisha and West Bengal celebrates Netaji Jayanti every year.
Subhash Chandra Bose born on 23rd January 1897 died on 18 August 1945. He belonged Bengali Family from West Bengal. Janakinath Bose was his father and Prabhabati Bose was his mother.
He did his schooling from Revenshaw Collegiate School and European School. He did pursued B.A Philosophy from University of Culcutta in 1919.
His great contribution was to make India Independent. He was great freedom fighter and was great Leader. He followed the principle of Swami Vivekanand. He founded the Azad Hind Fauj military regiment. He also founded female battalian known as Rani Jhansi regiment.
Bose was the first person to say Mahatma Gandhi as the father of our nation.
